The Explore Apartments at Apartamentos Santa Ana have some amazing views of the Albayzin neighborhood. I couldn't help but be captivated by the breathtaking scenery every time I looked out the window. It really added an extra touch of magic to my stay.
Personally, I found the bed a bit too firm for my liking. But hey, that's just my preference, and I'm sure others might appreciate the extra support.

An excellent apartment in which to stay. A simple kitchen, fridge, very good shower and comfortable bed, plus it was a quite place to sleep. The view of the Alhambra from the terrace is impressive.

Great location and comfortable accommodation. We stayed there in the off-season and the staff offered us two units, instead of the single apartment with two bedrooms, because they were concerned one of the bedrooms facing the street would be too noisy.
Be aware that this isn't a traditional hotel and there are no staff on site to assist you. However, you can call someone if there's a problem.

I greatly enjoyed prime location!!!
Came in Granada to explore new places, this apartment was reasonable base for making it happen. It was in a quiet street in a fantastic area. Furthermore, the venue was placed near a valley and a river.

Excellent location in the heart of the historical area, close to tapas bars and with a great view. Spacious apartment with a good kitchen and a terrace facing the Alhambra. - Helpful and friendly staff, especially Marou who provided extra amenities and made us feel welcome. - Smooth communication and easy check-in process, even with a late arrival. - Privacy and comfort in the apartment, with all necessary equipment for cooking.
Felt completely relaxed, no complaints at all.

The older building with the roof-top terrace was mind-blowing, super charming. The location was excellent, near the river and main square, with a jaw-dropping view of Alhambra. The studio apartment was bright and pretty with good kitchen and bath facilities. The staff were very helpful and even provided extra things I requested. The small kitchen with a fridge was a nice feature. Free wi-fi in rooms was available, and there was a flat-screen TV for entertainment. The rooftop terrace was a true gem, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks, with a spectacular view of Alhambra. The location was great, just a 2-minute walk from Plaza Nueva. a perfect apartment stay experience in a central and authentic part of the city.

The hotel is located in a vibrant area with great tapas bars nearby and is close to everything in the old part of the city. the room is spacious and includes a kitchen and dining furniture. the hotel also has a washing machine available to use.
There can be some noise in the mornings due to the motorcyclists in the narrow streets.

The location, right in the Albaycin area. The Alhambra looms above. Beautiful.
There are no "No Smoking" rooms. We walked into our apartment and it smelled like an ash tray. I called the office and the person on duty was very kind and responsive. He brought us room spray and two candles. He also returned with a stack of clean blankets to help alleviate the odor. I have allergies and was initially very bothered. In time the smell eased up. He said every room allows smoking. You ought to rethink that and at least save a few rooms for non-smokers. There is absolutely NO PARKING in the area. Very difficult with a car.
